Hey, I’m Sean. I’m a Marketer & Senior Leader focused on brand, innovation and the future of work. For as long as I can remember I’ve been fascinated by how people live, work and navigate the world around them.


My career to date has unfolded in three phases: (I) beginning in the advertising world as a brand planner, (II) then in management consulting focused on corporate innovation & design thinking, and (III) recently as a co-founder and CMO of multiple startup ventures. Over the past 15 years I’ve worked across sectors with organizations of all different sizes— from founder led startups to Fortune 500s (companies like Pepsi, FedEx, Virgin, Scotiabank).

I’m a believer in the power of creativity to solve business problems— and I see interdisciplinary teams as the crucial ingredient in realizing this potential.

Over the years I’ve done several personal projects that have been positively received. Most recently I created the Museum of Contemporary Work — an exhibit that explores work & identity in the digital age — which was awarded Best In Festival at DesignTO.  Family is top priority for me. I am married with three young daughters, and am a former board member of Third Path Institute, an organization leading a dialogue on work and family redesign.
